What a glorious weekend it was. Went to the Emerald City Comic Con Saturday and today went down to UW to photograph the cherry blossoms with my Grandma. The con was packed and so was the quad at the U. I wonder if there were more people at the con this year than last? It sure felt like it. Or maybe it was in a smaller hall, although I could have sworn it was larger.

Sunday (today) was so beautiful outside! The sun was shining, it was warm but not hot and people seemed to be in general good spirits. Went down to the U to take photos, ended up drawing architecture. I love the older buildings on the campus, it makes me sad every time they build another angular brick and glass monolith.

But, I hope there will be many more beautiful days like this. Happy Spring!

So apparently I like the color orangey....I'm looking at my recent stuff and all of it seems to have an orangey rust color in it....who knew! I'm having a hard time getting motivated to do anything right now. Crappy phase that will pass. Um....yah that's about it.

OH my, this is my last quarter at school. I have to decide what I'm going to work on and what I want to do after I graduate. Should I use my graphic design skills and work on project to improve them or should I work on stuff for a portfolio for concept art. AHHH What to do what to do. I have to turn in a 1 page proposal on Tuesday.

Life gets harder starting March 22, 2008.

I went to see Children of Men last night by myself. It was me and two other people in the theater...so awesome! That movie was excellent! It was violent, yes, but I thought it was very realistic. Well, ok the whole women not being able to have children thing is a little wackadoo anti scientific, but overall I thought it painted a picture of a possible real future if humanity keeps going down the same path. (whoa run on bad grammar sentence power!)

I want the soundtrack to this movie.

Yay going to see Star Wars Ep. 3............I've heard good things so here's hoping it's better than 1 and 2.
